Bakalářská práce za zabývá návrhem studentské čtvrti na nároží ulic Vojtova a Grmelova v Brně Štýřicích. Reaguje na aktuální problémy studentského bydlení. Cílem návrhu je vytvoření atraktivní lokality, jež nabídne jak dostupné a kvalitní bydlení., tak prostor pro komunitní aktivity, odpočinek i studium. Soubor vytváří nový veřejný prostor a poskytuje místo pro komunitní zahradu, park s retenčními prvky, hřiště pro děti a venkovní fitness hřiště. Vytváří tak prostupné prostředí s důrazem na udržitelnost. Navržený areál sestává z pěti budov s různorodými funkcemi – koleje, startovací byty, veřejné a komerční prostory. Celý areál je propojen společnou podzemní garáží. Návrh usiluje o vytvoření živé, přívětivé a sociálně propojené městské struktury, z které budou těžit obyvatelé i návštěvníci. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a student quarter on the corner of Vojtova and Grmelova streets in Brno Štýřice. It responds to the current problems of student housing. The aim of the design is to create an attractive location that will offer affordable and quality housing as well as space for community activities, recreation and study. The development creates a new public space and provides space for a community garden, a park with retention features, a children‘s play area and an outdoor fitness area. This creates a walkable environment with an emphasis on sustainability. The proposed complex consists of five buildings with diverse functions - dorms, starter apartments, public and commercial spaces. All of the buildings are connected by a shared underground parking garage. The proposal seeks to create a vibrant, welcoming and socially connected urban fabric that will benefit residents and visitors alike.
