Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem studentské čtvrti s polyfunkčním využitím, situované na nárožní parcele mezi ulicemi Vojtova a Grmelova v katastrálním území Brno–Štýřice. Hlavní funkcí návrhu je bydlení pro studenty, doplněné o prostory podporující aktivní a pestrý studentský život. Koncept vychází z preferencí současné generace studentů, které byly zjištěny prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty různých vysokých škol. Převládající formou ubytování jsou sdílené byty pro 2 až 6 osob. Na jižní části pozemku se nachází budova se startovacími byty určenými pro mladé páry a rodiny. Obytnou funkci doplňuje občanská vybavenost zahrnující obchody, kavárnu, studovnu, prádelny, posilovnu a komunitní prostory. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a student district with a mixed-use program, located on a corner plot between Vojtova and Grmelova streets in the Brno–Štýřice area. The primary function of the design is student housing, complemented by facilities that support a vibrant and active student lifestyle. The concept is based on the preferences of the current generation of students, identified through a questionnaire distributed across various universities. The predominant form of accommodation consists of shared apartments for 2 to 6 people. The southern part of the site features a building with starter apartments intended for young couples and families. The residential function is enriched by amenities such as shops, a café, a study room, laundries, a gym, and community spaces.
