Název: Vztah mezi sociálními faktory, pohybovou aktivitou a obezitou ve vybraném prostředí Cíle: Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat a zanalyzovat sociální prostředí žáků, ve kterém vyrůstají, povědomí žáků o zdravém životním stylu a pohybových aktivitách ve volném čase doplněné o měření fyzické výkonnosti. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit pohybovou úroveň dospívajících pomocí Unifittestu (6-60), provést somatická měření a z výsledků určit BMI, za pomoci dotazníku zmapovat sociálně-ekonomické faktory rodinného zázemí žáka a jeho postojů k aktivnímu životnímu stylu. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 238 žáků Gymnázia Ostrov a 243 žáků ZŠ Ostrov Májová. Testování motorických schopností a somatická měření byla zařazena do hodin Tv. Strukturovaný dotazník, v papírové podobě, rozdělený do tří částí: Strava, Zázemí, Já a sport, byl zařazen do výuky Občanské výchovy na ZŠ a Základy společenských věd na gymnáziu. Pro testování motorických schopností byl užit Unifittest (6-60). Testování probíhalo na sportovištích škol v jarních a podzimních měsících. Výsledky byly zaznamenány do záznamových archů. Následně byla všechna získaná data propojena a vyhodnocena. Ke zpracování získaných dat byl využit tabulkový software Microsoft Excel, ve kterém byly využity i statistické výpočty. Title: Relationship between social factors, physical activity and obesity in a selected setting Aims: The main objective was to map and analyze the social environment in which students grow up, students' awareness of healthy lifestyle and leisure time physical activities supplemented with physical performance measures. The sub-objectives were to determine the physical activity level of adolescents using the Unifittest (6-60), to perform somatic measurements and determine BMI from the results, to map the socio-economic factors of the pupil's family background and their attitudes towards an active lifestyle using a questionnaire. Methods: 238 pupils of the Ostrov Gymnasium and 243 pupils of the Ostrov Májová Primary School participated in the study. Motor skills testing and somatic measurements were included in Tv classes. A structured questionnaire, in paper form, divided into three parts. Unifittest (6- 60) was used to test motor skills. Testing took place on school sports fields in the spring and autumn months. The results were recorded in record sheets. Subsequently, all data obtained were linked and evaluated.
