The Blatná Composite Pluton, the largest intrusion within the Variscan Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex, preserves a dynamic record of successive magma pulses, hybridization of contrasting magmas and their interaction with the crust. This study integrates fieldwork, petrography, mineral chemistry, U-Pb zircon geochronology, whole-rock geochemistry, and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic analyses with the aim of clarifying the internal variability, magma sources, crystallization ages and petrogenetic evolution of the Blatná Composite Pluton. Moreover, it provides insight into suitability of the Blatná Composite Pluton as a potential site for radioactive-waste disposal, based on the mineralogical and geochemical stability of its granitoids. Field observations reveal textural and structural evidence for multiple magma pulses, including the presence of acidic to intermediate dykes and abundant mafic microgranular enclaves, which document repeated magma mingling within the system. Petrography shows systematic variations among the intrusions: amphibole-biotite granodiorites dominate the Červená intrusion and the marginal domains of the Blatná intrusion, whereas the central Blatná domains comprise biotite granodiorites, and the minor Polánka intrusion contains muscovite-biotite granodiorite. Amphibole chemistry further... / Czech Abstract Blatenský kompozitní pluton, největší intruze variského středočeského plutonického komplexu, uchovává dynamický záznam několika po sobě jdoucích magmatických pulzů, hybridizace kontrastních magmat a jejich interakcí s kůrou. Tato práce integruje terénní výzkum, petrografii, minerální složení, U-Pb zirkonovou geochronologii, horninovou geochemii a izotopové analýzy Sr-Nd-Hf s cílem objasnit vnitřní variabilitu, zdroje magmatu, krystalizační stáří a petrogenetickou evoluci blatenského kompozitního plutonu. Kromě toho poskytuje informace důležité pro posouzení vhodnosti blatenského kompozitního plutonu jako potenciálního úložiště radioaktivního odpadu, na základě mineralogické a geochemické stability jeho granitoidů. Terénní pozorování odhalují texturní a strukturní důkazy o intruzi v několika magmatických pulzech, včetně přítomnosti kyselých až intermediárních žil a hojných mafických mikrogranulárních enkláv, dokumentujících opakované mísení kontrastních magmat. Petrografie ukazuje systematické variace mezi dílčími intruzemi: amfibol-biotitové granodiority dominují červenské intruzi a okrajovým doménám blatenské intruze, zatímco centrální část blatenské intruze tvoří biotitové granodiority.
