Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem vyřízení žádosti o archivní šetření osob židovského původu perzekvovaných za druhé světové války, jež dostává Národní archiv od soukromých žadatelů, úřadů a veřejných institucí. Práce popisuje proces podání žádosti (např. pomocí elektronického formuláře na stránkách Národního archivu), její evidování a přidělení příslušnému odbornému pracovníkovi v elektronickém systému spisové služby (eSSL). Zvláštní pozornost je věnována samotnému archivnímu šetření, ilustrovanému na příkladu vybrané žádosti (příběh Pavla Löwyho a jeho rodiny). Součástí práce je rovněž přehled jednotlivých fondů a sbírek Národního archivu, v nichž probíhá šetření, a ukázky archivních dokumentů. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje přípravě odpovědi na žádost a s ní souvisejících dokumentů, ochraně osobních údajů a komunikaci s žadatelem. This bachelor's thesis examines the procedure for processing requests for archival research concerning persons of Jewish origin persecuted during the Second World War, which the National Archives in Prague receive from private applicants, authorities, and public institutions. The thesis describes the process of submitting a request (e.g., via an electronic form on the National Archives' website), its registration, and its assignment to the relevant specialist in the Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS). Special attention is paid to the archival research itself, illustrated through the example of a selected request (the story of Pavel Löwy and his family). The thesis also includes an overview of the individual collections of the National Archives in Prague where the research is conducted, along with examples of archival documents. The final part of the thesis focuses on preparing the response to a request and related documents, the protection of personal data, and communication with the applicant.
