cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce zkoumá adaptaci tradičních zpravodajských médií na specifickou logiku platformy TikTok v kontextu tzv. "čtvrté vlny" produkce zpráv a fenoménu dislokace žurnalistiky. Prostřednictvím kvantitativní obsahové analýzy 190 videí publikovaných deníky The New York Times a The Washington Post v září 2025 práce identifikuje a definuje dva diametrálně odlišné modely působení na platformě. Jde o strategii "nativní asimilace" založenou na vysoké personifikaci, využívání humoru a budování parasociálních vztahů a strategii "institucionální expanze", která sází na redakčně řízenou distribuci, expertní autoritu a formální tón.This master's thesis examines the adaptation of traditional news media to the specific logic of the TikTok platform within the context of the 'fourth wave' of news production and the phenomenon of journalism dislocation. Through a quantitative content analysis of 190 videos published by The New York Times and The Washington Post in September 2025, the thesis identifies and defines two diametrically opposed models of platform engagement. These include the 'native assimilation' strategy, based on high levels of personalization, the use of humor, and the cultivation of parasocial relationships, and the 'institutional expansion' strategy, which relies on editorially driven distribution, expert authority, and a formal tone.
