Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním potřeb a zkušeností klientů nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež (NZDM) a analyzuje, jak tuto cílovou skupinu podporují sociální pracovníci. Práce se soustředí na identifikaci hlavních oblastí problémů, se kterými se mladí lidé setkávají, například rodinné či školní obtíže, sociální izolace nebo potřeba bezpečného prostředí, a na popis rolí a strategií sociálních pracovníků, kteří poskytují podporu, poradenství a bezpečný prostor pro trávení volného času. Výzkum je realizován kvalitativní metodou prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s klienty NZDM a získaná data byla zpracována tématickou analýzou. Práce nabízí přehled postupů a přístupů, které mohou sociálním pracovníkům napomoci efektivně reagovat na potřeby klientů a podporovat jejich psychosociální rozvoj. Získané poznatky přispějí k lepšímu teoretickému porozumění fungování NZDM a mají potenciál praktického využití v organizacích poskytujících podporu ohroženým dětem a mládeži. The study focuses on identifying the main areas of challenges faced by young people, such as family or school difficulties, social isolation, and the need for a safe environment, as well as on describing the roles and strategies of social workers who provide support, guidance, and a safe space for leisure activities. The research is conducted using a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with NZDM clients, and the collected data are analyzed thematically. The thesis presents an overview of practices and approaches that can help social workers respond effectively to clients needs and support their personal and social development. The findings contribute to a better theoretical understanding of the functioning of NZDM and have potential practical applications for organizations providing support to at-risk children and adolescents.
