V současnosti se pro testování prostorové polohy GNSS aparatur v České republice využívá referenční etalon prostorové polohy – testovací základna GNSS Skalka. Tento referenční etalon byl vyhlášen dekretem ředitele Českého metrologického institutu vedeným pod číslem ECR 110-14 z 21.05.2009 jako referenční etalon ČR, avšak ve smyslu v současné době platných směrnic ÚNMZ a ČMI nemá tento etalon celostátní působnost a je závazný pouze v resortu, který tento etalon akceptuje ve své legislativě. Etalon je uchováván a udržován Výzkumným ústavem geodetickým, topografickým a kartografickým, v.v.i. V České republice je dosud jediným referenčním etalonem tohoto druhu. Odborným garantem referenčního etalonu prostorové polohy je Ing. Jaroslav Šimek. Od roku 2009 do současnosti bylo na etalonu vykonáno celkem 889 testování. Příspěvek pojednává o prostorové a časové stabilitě etalonu. Currently, the Test base Skalka is used for testing the spatial position of GNSS antennas and receiver in the Czech Republic. This reference standard was announced by the decree of the Director of the Czech Metrology Institute under the number ECR 110-14 of 21.05.2009 as the reference standard of the Czech Republic, but in the sense of the currently valid directives of the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ) and the Czech Meteorological Institute (ČMI), this standard does not have a nationwide scope and is binding only for activities that accepts this standard in its legislation. The standard is kept and maintained by the Research Institute of Geodesy, Topography and Cartography (VÚGTK). It is the only reference standard of this kind in the Czech Republic so far. The expert guarantor of the reference standard of spatial position is Mr. Jaroslav Šimek. From 2009 to the present, a total of 889 tests have been performed on the standard. The paper discusses the spatial and temporal stability of the test base Skalka.
