cze Abstract:
Výsledky zároveň...This thesis examines hysteresis relationships between runoff and specific electrical conductivity in the upper part of the Rolava catchment flowing through peatland ecosystems. Using time series measured at a 10-minute frequency at five monitoring stations during 2023-2024, the main aim was to identify individual hysteresis loop types, evaluate their spatial and temporal variability, and assess their relationships with hydrological, meteorological, and physico-chemical factors, including verification of the statistical significance of these links. A total of 224 hysteresis events were identified and classified into six loop types, each supplemented with key environmental characteristics. The results reveal pronounced differences between the peat-dominated headwater sections and the downstream reaches underlain by mineral soils. Antecedent catchment wetness, expressed through the API index, emerged as the primary factor shaping loop behaviour, while seasonal variability also played an important role. Winter episodes were characterised by a predominance of dilution loops associated with snowmelt, whereas during the warmer part of the year loops reflecting the mobilisation of organic-rich water occurred more frequently. Statistical methods (ANOVA, PCA, quartile-based categorisation, and the...
