Tato bakalářské práce se věnuje současné komunitní práci v několika vybraných severočeských obcích, z nichž část byla poznamenána odsunem německých obyvatel po druhé světové válce. V teoretické části práce popisuje historický vývoj komunitní práce. Dále se soustředí na aktéry komunitní práce s důrazem na práci dobrovolnickou. Pro lepší pochopení konkrétního regionu práce ještě nastiňuje historický vývoj soužití českého a německého obyvatelstva v oblasti bývalých Sudet. V praktické části se práce soustředí na popis a porovnání komunitní práce v českých a bývalých většinově německých vysídlených severočeských obcích. Pro zkoumání této práce autor vybral čtyři vesnice a jedno město. Vybrané obce se nachází v lokalitách na Litoměřicku a Teplicku a nejsou od sebe příliš vzdálené, mají však různou historii a probíhá v nich zajímavá komunitní práce. Zkoumání ukázalo, že současná komunitní práce, která ve vybraných obcích probíhá, má za cíl zejména integraci v posledních desetiletích přistěhovalých obyvatel do komunity obce. Dále se ukázalo, že následky těžkého období poválečného odsunu původního německého obyvatelstva a příchodu novoosídlenců dnes již v činnosti aktérů lokální komunitní práce žádnou významnou roli nehrají. This bachelor's thesis examines contemporary community work in several selected municipalities in North Bohemia, some of which were affected by the expulsion of German inhabitants after the Second World War. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the origins and development of community work and subsequently focuses on its key actors, with particular emphasis on voluntary engagement. To provide contextual background for the selected region, the thesis also sketches the historical development of the coexistence of the Czech and German populations in the area of the former Sudetenland. The empirical section concentrates on describing and comparing community work in Czech and former predominantly German depopulated North Bohemian municipalities. For the purposes of the study, the author selected four villages and one town. The chosen municipalities are located in the Litoměřice and Teplice districts and, although not far from one another, they have different histories and currently host interesting community work activities. The findings indicate that contemporary community work in the selected locations is aimed primarily at integrating residents who have settled in the region in recent decades.
