Vliv EPR na ekodesign obalů v EU Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu konceptu rozšířené odpovědnosti výrobce na ekodesign obalů v Evropské unii. Práce je založena na nové směrnici EU, která výrazně zpřísňuje veškeré normy, které se týkají obalů jakožto odpadů. Právě obaly tvoří klíčovou část odpadů z domácností i firem, proto je této oblasti věnována dostatečná pozornost. Environmentální ochrana a snaha o zachování trvale udržitelného prostředí a zdrojů pro další generace se stává předmětem diskusí v odborných kruzích i na úrovni široké laické veřejnosti. Cílem práce je formulace souboru doporučení pro navrhování EPR systému jako funkčního nástroje pro tlak na výrobce v oblasti změn v designu obalů. Obaly, jakožto produkty, které se stanou odpadem, by měly být koncipovány v souladu s principy EPR, které vyplývají z legislativních opatření, ale také z výsledků různorodých zkoumání a analýz. Mezi tyto principy patří jasná definice odpovědnosti, stanovení cílů, koordinace zúčastněných stran založená na transparentnosti systému, vláda jako rovnocenný partner, zajištění spravedlivé hospodářské soutěže, zapojení neformálního sektoru, opětovné použití a recyklace obalů, legální nástroje a povinnost výrobce převzít obalový materiál zpět jako odpad. The impact of EPR on packaging ecodesign in the EU Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of the influence of the concept of extended producer responsibility on the ecodesign of packaging in the European Union. The work is based on the new EU directive, which significantly tightens all standards relating to packaging as waste. Packaging is a key part of waste from households and companies, which is why sufficient attention is paid to this area. Environmental protection and the effort to preserve a sustainable environment and resources for future generations are becoming the subject of discussions in professional circles and at the level of the general public. The aim of the work is to formulate a set of recommendations for designing an EPR system as a functional tool for pressure on manufacturers in the area of changes in packaging design. Packaging as products that become waste should be designed in accordance with the principles of EPR, which result from legislative measures, but also from the results of various studies and analyses. These principles include a clear definition of responsibility, setting goals, coordination of the parties involved based on system transparency, government as an equal partner, ensuring fair competition, involvement of the informal sector, encouraging the use and recycling...
