Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi arteterapeutické a pastorační pomoci v procesu truchlení u osob, které prožili ztrátu blízké osoby, a zaměřuje se na téma odloženého smutku. Jedná se o práci teoretického charakteru, kde hlavní technikou je analýza odborné literatury. V úvodu definuje pojmy smutek, zármutek, žal, truchlení a odložený smutek. Dále vymezuje východiska pastorační péče, postavení pastoračního pracovníka a roli rituálů v procesu truchlení. Specifikuje termíny arteterapie, eko arteterapie a jejich teoretická východiska a cíle. Zabývá se osobností arteterapeuta a vybranými arteterapeutickými technikami a jejich přínosem v procesu truchlení. V diskuzi posuzuje vhodnost propojení pastorace a arteterapie při práci s truchlícími a zabývá se i jejich limity. V poslední části na příkladu dvou kazuistických studií blíže osvětluje pojem odloženého smutku a jeho dopad na život člověka. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje dosažené výsledky, vyhodnocuje stanovené cíle a zároveň nastiňuje možnosti pro pastorační a arteterapeutickou intervenci v práci s odloženým smutkem v praxi. This thesis deals with the possibilities of art therapy and pastoral care in the grieving process for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one, focusing on the topic of delayed grief. It is a theoretical work, where the main technique is the analysis of professional literature. The introduction defines the terms sadness, sorrow, grief, mourning, and delayed grief. It further defines the principles of pastoral care, the position of the pastoral worker, and the role of rituals in the grieving process. It specifies the terms art therapy, eco-art therapy, and their theoretical principles and goals. It also deals with the personality of the art therapist and selected art therapy techniques and their contribution to the grieving process. In the discussion, it assesses the appropriateness of combining pastoral care and art therapy when working with mourners and also deals with their limitations. In the last part, using two case studies, it further explains the concept of delayed grief and its impact on human life. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results achieved, evaluates the set goals, and outlines possibilities for pastoral and art therapy intervention in working with delayed grief in practice.
