Má diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motorické schopnosti žáků ve věku 11-15 let a jejich vývoj v uplynulých deseti letech. Výzkum je realizován prostřednictvím motorické testové baterie UNIFITTEST (6-60) a výsledky současných žáků jsou porovnávány s daty z odborných studií publikovaných v poslední dekádě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která se věnuje základním pojmům z oblasti antropomotoriky, motorickým schopnostem, jejich taxonomii a podmíněnosti, dále principům motorického učení a rozvoji pohybových schopností v kontextu RVP a ŠVP. Praktická část se zaměřuje na testování žáků druhého stupně tří základních škol, celkem 332 respondentů. Data byla zpracována pomocí popisné statistiky, včetně výpočtu průměru, směrodatné odchylky, mediánu, modu, minima, maxima a variačního rozpětí. Normalita rozložení dat byla ověřena Shapiro-Wilkovým testem a velikost efektu stanovena pomocí Glassové delty. V rámci výsledků se ukázalo, že úroveň motorických schopností žáků ve věku od 11 do 15 let se mezi lety 2015 a 2025 převážně zhoršila. Největší pokles byl zaznamenán v disciplínách leh-sed, člunkový běh 4x10 metrů a hluboký ohnutý předklon v sedě. Tato skutečnost odráží významné oslabení svalové vytrvalosti trupu, rychlostně obratnostních schopností a flexibility. Pozitivní efekt byl zjištěn u testů... This thesis focuses on the motor abilities of pupils aged 11 to 15 years and their development over the past decade. The research was conducted using the UNIFITTEST (6-60) motor test battery, and the current results were compared with data published in professional studies during the last ten years. The theoretical part deals with key concepts from anthropomotorics, motor abilities and their taxonomy and determinants, principles of motor learning, and the development of motor skills within the framework of the national and school educational programmes. The practical part focuses on testing pupils from the second stage of three elementary schools, comprising a total of 332 participants. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, mode, minimum, maximum, and range. The Shapiro-Wilk test was applied to verify the normality of the data, and effect size was calculated using Glass's delta. The results revealed that the level of motor abilities in pupils aged 11 to 15 has predominantly declined between 2015 and 2025. The most pronounced decrease was observed in the sit-ups test, the 4×10 m shuttle run, and the sit-and-reach test.
