Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem modernizace železniční stanice Skalice nad Svitavou. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout stanici tak, aby vyhovovala současnému i budoucímu provozu. Řešeno bylo napojení přípojné trati, manipulačních kolejí a vleček. Součástí práce byl také návrh železničního spodku a odvodnění stanice. V rámci modernizace byly zrušeny dva přejezdy a nahrazeny novým podchodem pro chodce a nadjezdem pro silniční dopravu. Stanice je nově plně peronizovaná a přístup na nástupiště je tak mimoúrovňový. The master's thesis deals with the design of the Skalice nad Svitavou railway station modernization. The objective of the thesis was to design the station so that it meets the requirements of current and future railway operations. The solution addresses the connection of the branch line, shunting sidings, and industrial sidings. The thesis also includes the design of the railway substructure and the station drainage system. As part of the modernization, two level crossings were replaced by new pedestrian underpass and overpass for cars. The station is newly equipped with two island platforms, and access to the platforms is provided by grade-separated access.
