Předmětem diplomové práce je příprava realizace Rezidence Na Mariánské cestě. Zaměřuje se na provedení hrubé stavby stavebního objektu SO01, který má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Obsahem je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, dopravní řešení mechanizace a materiálů, časový a finanční plán, studie realizace hlavních technologický etap, návrh zařízení staveniště, návrh strojních sestav, časový plán hlavního stavebního objektu, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů, technologický předpis železobetonových konstrukcí, technologický předpis kontaktního zateplovacího systému a kontrolní zkušební plán pro monolitické konstrukce hrubé stavby. Je zpracováno schéma postupu výstavby, výkresy bednění, časový plán dvou hlavních stavebních objektů. Diplomová práce obsahuje 17 příloh. The subject of the thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the Na Mariánské cestě Residence. It focuses on the execution of the shell construction of building SO01, which has three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The content includes a technical report on the construction technology project, transport solutions for mechanization and materials, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a proposal for the construction site equipment, a proposal for machine assemblies, a time schedule for the main building, a plan for securing material resources, technological specifications for reinforced concrete structures, technological specifications for the contact insulation system, and a control test plan for monolithic structures of the shell construction. A construction procedure diagram, formwork drawings, and a time schedule for the two main buildings have been prepared. The thesis contains 17 appendices.
