Keywords: a sustainable street network; and efficient transport solutions. The final output is a model concept for a new city; and multidimensional urbanism; ranging from conservative methods to modernist innovations. Through a comparison of historical catastrophes and contemporary crises; serving as a manual for crisis planning and the reconstruction of settlements; such as participatory emotional mapping and the Space Syntax method; such as Poundbury or Tübingen. The practical section applies the acquired theoretical knowledge to a case study of Soledar. This proposal emphasizes the maintenance of human scale; the integration of green and blue infrastructure; the study explores modern analytical tools; the work defines key aspects that shape the perception of a city after its destruction. A fundamental theoretical pillar of the thesis is the concept of the "15-minute city"; This master's thesis addresses the issues of urban reconstruction following extensive destruction caused by crisis situations; walkability; which are examined in relation to the question of urban identity (Identity of/in/for Urban). Furthermore; while drawing inspiration from best practices in European urbanism; with a specific focus on the urban renewal of the Ukrainian Soledar.
