Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba mateřské školy, která se nachází v městské části města Zlína – Malenovice. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. Je zastřešen plochou střechou. V podzemním podlaží je navrženo technické zázemí. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází dvě třídy A a B a kavárna. Každá třída má svůj vlastní vstup, taktéž kavárna. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází třída C. Parkovací stání jsou navržena vně objektu. Konstrukční systém objektu je kombinovaný z keramických bloků Porotherm, železobetonových stěn a sloupů. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonová deska. Stavba je založena na základových pasech a základových patkách. Obvodové stěny jsou kontaktně zatepleny systémem ETICS použitím fasádního polystyrenu tl. 200 mm. The subject of the diploma thesis is a new kindergarten building, which is located in the urban district of Zlín - Malenovice. The building has two floors above ground and is partially basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Technical facilities are designed in the basement. On the first floor above ground there are two classes A and B and a café. Each class has its own entrance, as well as a café. On the second floor above ground there is class C. Parking spaces are designed outside the building. The structural system of the building is combination of Porotherm ceramic blocks, reinforced concrete walls and columns. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a reinforced concrete slab. The building is based on foundation strips and foundation footings. The perimeter walls are contact insulated with the ETICS system using facade polystyrene 200 mm thick.
