Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem suché nádrže jako opatřením ke snížení povodňových průtoků v obci Svitávka. V teoretické části je podán základní přehled o legislativě a současných přístupů k návrhu těchto děl. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vodohospodářské a technické řešení. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a dry detention basin as a flood protection measure to reduce flood discharges in the municipality of Svitávka. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of the relevant legislation and current approaches to the design of such hydraulic structures. The practical part focuses on the hydrological and technical solution of the proposed dry detention basin.
