Druhá část se věnuje návrhu koncepce technických zařízení budov (TZB), zahrnující systémy vytápění, chlazení, vzduchotechniky, přípravy teplé vody a fotovoltaické elektrárny.
The Master's thesis focuses on the design of a physiotherapy center intended for people with reduced mobility, particularly for wheelchair users. The aim of the thesis is to create an architectural and technical design of a building that meets the requirements for accessibility, functionality, and energy efficiency in accordance with current building standards and regulations. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the preparation of project documentation required for obtaining a building permit. It includes a comprehensive design of the architectural, structural, and construction solutions of the building, with emphasis on safety, user comfort, and compliance with legislative requirements. The second part of the thesis addresses the design concept of building services (HVAC systems), heating, cooling, ventilation systems, hot water production, and the design of photovoltaic systém (PV). The objective of this section is to propose an operationally efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically effective solution that contributes to the sustainability of the building’s operation. The third part of the thesis focuses on a analysis and review of existing similar centers designed for wheelchair users. It includes a summary and analysis of current Czech technical standards (ČSN) related to building accessibility, with emphasis on the parameters that directly affect wheelchair users. An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among wheelchair users to identify their experience, needs, and expectations regarding rehabilitation and physiotherapy facilities. Particularly in terms of accessibility, spatial organisation, movement within the building, the quality of provided rehabilitation services, and the suitability of equipment. A significant contribution to the thesis are interviews with Petr Houšť and Karel Sobol. Mr. Houšť is the director of the Brno Paracentre, which specializes in working with people who use wheelchairs. Mr. Sobol is expert in the field of building accessibility. The thesis aims to highlight the importance of collaboration between different professional fields and end users in the process of designing physiotherapy centers. This approach helps ensure that these facilities are conceived correctly from the outset rather than adjusted only in response to user-identified shortcomings.
