Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá vytvořením simulačního modelu rodinného domu a nastavením výpočtového postupu v programu DesignBuilder. Druhá část je zaměřena na návrh a porovnání variant technického řešení vytápění, chlazení, větrání a přípravy teplé vody na základě ročních simulací. Ve třetí části je řešeno detailní modelování vybraných technických systémů a vyhodnocení jejich provozu, včetně posouzení přínosu fotovoltaických panelů. Diplomová práce je orientována na simulační a optimalizační část návrhu energetického systému. The diploma thesis focuses in its first part on the creation of a simulation model of a detached house and the definition of the calculation procedure in the DesignBuilder software. The second part is aimed at the design and comparison of variants of technical solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic hot water preparation based on annual simulations. The third part deals with detailed modelling of selected technical systems and the evaluation of their operation, including the assessment of the contribution of photovoltaic panels. The diploma thesis is oriented towards the simulation and optimization of the building energy system.
