Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizacemi vodních toků v městském prostředí a jejich přínosem pro veřejný prostor a jejich ekologický stav. V teoretické části je popsán význam vodních toků pro městskou krajinu, principy revitalizací a metodika hydroekologického monitoringu HEM. Praktická část se zabývá analýzami a hydroekologickým monitoringem vodního toku Kyjovka na území města Kyjov. Následně jsou na dvou úsecích toku navržena ideová revitalizační opatření. Návrh v intravilánu využívá potenciál vodního prvku pro rekreaci a zapojuje Kyjovku do městského parku. V extravilánu se revitalizací Kyjovky realizuje lokální biocentrum. Nakonec je metodikou HEM vyhodnocen přínos návrhů revitalizačních opatření. The diploma thesis focuses on the revitalisation of watercourses in an urban environment and their benefits for public space and ecological status. The theoretical part describes the importance of watercourses for the urban landscape, the principles of revitalisation, and the methodology of hydroecological monitoring HEM. The practical part deals with analyses and hydroecological monitoring of the Kyjovka watercourse within the town of Kyjov. Subsequently, conceptual revitalisation measures are proposed for two sections of the watercourse. The proposal in the built-up area utilises the potential of the water element for recreation and integrates the Kyjovka into the municipal park. In the rural area, the revitalisation of the Kyjovka enables the establishment of a local biocentre. Finally, the benefits of the proposed revitalisation measures are evaluated using the HEM methodology.
