Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby logistického centra ve Zlíně, určeného pro skladovací, prodejní a administrativní činnost. Cílem práce je komplexní architektonické, stavebně-technické a technologické řešení objektu. Navržený objekt je třípodlažní železobetonová prefabrikovaná stavba s plochou střechou, doplněná o nezbytnou technickou infrastrukturu. Práce se zabývá urbanistickým zasazením stavby do území, dispozičním a konstrukčním řešením, návrhem technických zařízení budov, energetickou koncepcí a požární bezpečností. Výsledkem je projektová dokumentace, která je v souladu s platnou legislativou, technickými normami a územním plánem města Zlína. This master’s thesis focuses on the design of a new logistics center in Zlín, intended for warehousing, retail, and administrative functions. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive architectural, structural, and technological solution for the building. The proposed structure is a three-storey prefabricated reinforced concrete building with a flat roof, supplemented by the necessary technical infrastructure. The thesis addresses the urban integration of the building into its surroundings, the layout and structural design, the design of building services, the energy concept, and fire safety. The result is project documentation that complies with applicable legislation, technical standards, and the land-use plan of the City of Zlín.
