Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním a porovnáním úspěšnosti detekce kybernetických útoků u open-source IDS systémů Snort, Suricata a Zeek. Úvodem podává přehled problematiky detekce průniku, charakterizuje vybrané typy síťových hrozeb a popisuje architekturu zvolených nástrojů. Dále popisuje návrh a realizaci izolované laboratorní sítě, konfiguraci detekčních systémů a provedení simulovaných útoků na zranitelné zařízení. Na závěr se věnuje analýze výstupních logů, vyhodnocení úspěšnosti detekce a výslednému srovnání efektivity jednotlivých systémů. The bachelor's thesis deals with testing and comparing the attack detection success of open-source IDS systems Snort, Suricata, and Zeek. It gives an overview of intrusion detection issues, characterizes selected types of network threats and describes the architecture of the selected tools. It then describes the design and implementation of an isolated laboratory network, the configuration of detection systems, and the execution of simulated attacks against a vulnerable device. It also focuses on analyzing output logs, evaluating detection success, and comparing the effectiveness of the individual systems.
