Abstrakt Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám duchovní péčí v nemocnicích. V teoretické části se snažím seznámit s rolí nemocničních kaplanů. Kaplanská služba dnes již patří ke standardním službách v nemocnici. Nemocniční kaplani provází člověka především v nemocnicích a lůžkových zařízeních v době nemoci, umírání a smrti. Napomáhají nemocným hledat naději, smysl života, provázejí modlitbou, zmírňují osamění od rodiny. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a následně porovnat, zkušenosti zdravotních sester s nemocničními kaplany v několika různě velkých nemocnicích. V praxi by mohla tato bakalářská práce sloužit ke zvýšení povědomí sester, pacientů a rodin o práci nemocničních kaplanů. In my Bachelor's thesis, I deal with spiritual care in hospitals. In the theoretical part I try to get acquainted with the role of hospital chaplains. The chaplaincy service is nowadays one of the standard services in the hospital. Hospital chaplains accompany people especially in hospitals and inpatient facilities during times of illness, dying and death. They help the sick to find hope and meaning in life, accompany them in prayer, and ease the loneliness of family. The aim of this thesis is to identify, through semi-structured interviews and then compare, the experiences of nurses with hospital chaplains in several different sized hospitals. In practice, this bachelor thesis could serve to increase the awareness of nurses, patients and families about the work of hospital chaplains.
