[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zařazením frontline operátorů na zdravotnická operační střediska v České republice, ale i samostatnou problematikou zdravotnického operačního střediska. Ráda bych touto prací poukázala na náročnost a vytíženost zaměstnanců zdravotnického operačního střediska a změnila názor populace. Práce zde je často vnímána jako pouhé sezení a přijímaní telefonátů a zapomíná se na psychickou zátěž, které operátoři musí čelit. V teoretické části je popsán chod zdravotnického operačního střediska, jeho historie a vývoj v České republice, náplň práce operátorů, výjezdové skupiny i základny, technologie, vybavenost pracoviště, zapojení first respondentů, je zmíněna aplikace Záchranka. Je zde popsána i funkce frontline operátorů, jejich náplň práce a dočasné zkušenosti s jejich zapojením. Práce má tři cíle. Zjistit, zda je Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje připravena zařadit frontline operátory do provozu. Dále zmapovat náplň práce frontline operátorů. A poslední cíl je zjistit, kde frontline operátory sehnat. Pro získání informací byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Respondenti byli rozděleni do tří skupin a každá skupina měla vlastní otázky. Respondenti z první skupiny byli zaměstnanci zdravotnického operačního střediska Jihočeského kraje. Druhá skupina byli zaměstnanci zdravotního operačního střediska Plzeňského kraje. Poslední skupinu respondentů tvořili frontline operátoři. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukazují, že podle stanovených cílů je Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje připravena na své zdravotnické operační středisko zařadit frontline operátory. Byla zmapována nejčastější náplň práce frontline operátorů a jejich přínos pro chod zdravotnického operačního střediska. Zároveň bylo zjištěno, kde tyto pracovníky sehnat.This bachelor's thesis explores the possibilities of integrating frontline operators into medical dispatch centers in the Czech Republic, along with the independent issues surrounding medical dispatch centers. Through this work, I aim to highlight the demanding nature and workload of medical dispatch center employees and change the public perception. The work is often perceived as mere sitting and answering calls, overlooking the psychological stress that operators must face. The theoretical part describes the operation of medical dispatch centers, their history, and development in the Czech Republic, the job responsibilities of operators, response teams and bases, workplace technology and equipment, involvement of first responders, and the mention of the Záchranka application. It also describes the functions of frontline operators, their job responsibilities, and temporary experiences with their integration. The thesis has three objectives: to determine if the South Bohemian Emergency Medical Service is prepared to incorporate frontline operators into its operations, to map the job responsibilities of frontline operators, and to identify where frontline operators can be recruited. Qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews to gather information. Respondents were divided into three groups, each with its own set of questions. The first group consisted of employees from the South Bohemian medical dispatch center. The second group included employees from the medical dispatch center of the Plzeň region. The third group comprised frontline operators. The research results indicate that according to the established objectives, the South Bohemian Emergency Medical Service is prepared to integrate frontline operators into its medical dispatch center. The most common job responsibilities of frontline operators and their contribution to the operation of the medical dispatch center were identified. Additionally, efforts were made to determine where these workers can be recruited.
