Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou obsedantně kompulzivní poruchy ve školním prostředí a zaměřuje se na její projevy u dětí školního věku. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní definice a teorie OCD, možné příčiny vzniku, průběh onemocnění a jeho dopady na každodenní život. Zejména je zde popsáno omezení ve školním vzdělávání, volnočasových aktivitách a osobních vztazích. Dále jsou popsány možnosti léčby, se zvláštním důrazem na terapeutické přístupy vhodné pro děti a léčbu pomocí antidepresiv. Praktická část je založena na vlastním výzkumu realizovaném formou online dotazníků. Respondenti byli lidé trpící OCD, pedagogové s praxí a psychologové, kteří mají zkušenosti se žáky s touto poruchou. Výzkum přináší pohled na zkušenosti žáků s OCD ve školním prostředí, doporučení ke zlepšení školního přístupu a shrnutí projevů onemocnění. Od pedagogů byly získány informace o použitých podpůrných opatřeních, zatímco psychologové popsali efektivní terapeutické postupy pro děti školního věku. V závěru práce dochází ke srovnání teoretických poznatků s praktickými zkušenostmi a jsou navržena doporučení pro práci s dětmi trpícími OCD ve školním prostředí. This thesis addresses the issue of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in the school environment, with a focus on its manifestations in school-aged children. The theoretical part presents fundamental definitions and theories of OCD, possible causes of its development, the course of the disorder, and its impact on daily life. Particular attention is paid to limitations in education, leisure activities, and personal relationships. Furthermore, treatment options are described, with a special emphasis on therapeutic approaches suitable for children and the use of antidepressants.
The practical part is based on original research conducted through online questionnaires. The respondents included individuals diagnosed with OCD, experienced teachers, and psychologists who have worked with students suffering from this disorder. The research provides insights into the school experiences of students with OCD, their recommendations for improving the school approach, and a summary of the symptoms they exhibit. Teachers contributed information on support measures implemented in schools, while psychologists described effective therapeutic methods for school-aged children. The final section of the thesis compares theoretical knowledge with practical findings and proposes recommendations for working with students affected by OCD in the school setting.
