Cílem diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, jak pedagogové výtvarných předmětů prožívají svobodu výtvarné tvorby a pedagogickou realitu. Dále se zaměřuje na subjektivní pohled vyučujících v umělecké a pedagogické rovině. Výzkum byl proveden formou narativního interview a byl zaměřen na analýzu osobních příběhů pedagogů vyučujících výtvarnou výchovu, jež odhaluje jejich pedagogické jednání a postoje, individuální cestu k profesi učitele a důvody pro volbu výtvarného zaměření. The aim of this thesis is to answer the question of how art teachers experience freedom of artistic creation and pedagogical reality. Furthermore, it looks at the subjective view of teachers is the artistic and pedagogical realm. The research was conducted through narrative interviews and focused on the analysis of art educators' personal stories, which reveals their pedagogical action stance, individual journey towards the teaching profession and the reason for choosing art as a major.
