Diplomová práce se věnuje formulaci etických dilemat kurátorů pro děti a mládež vyvstávající při práci s drogově závislými nezletilými z hlediska rizikovosti užívání návykových látek a dopadů jednotlivých nelegálních substancí ve zvolené cílové skupině. Cílem práce je nastínit konkrétní etická dilemata kurátorů objevující se při práci se specifikovanou cílovou skupinou a rovněž představení vybraného dilematu s následnou aplikací z pohledu etické teorie. Tato práce se zaměřuje na nezletilé plnící povinnou školní docházku a z tohoto důvodu je nezbytné v tomto kontextu poukázat na prevenci, kterou zaštiťuje školní metodik prevence. Kurátor zastává v řešení drogové situace nezletilého významnou roli a v rámci jejich spolupráce se dostává do dilematických situací téměř denně. Diplomová práce nabízí několik možných etických dilemat, včetně jejich popisu, které byly zjištěny prostřednictvím navázání kontaktu s kurátory Plzeňského kraje. V otázce volby mezi možnými variantami nabízeného řešení vzniklé neadekvátní situace může etická teorie sloužit jako podpora při učiněném rozhodnutí. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen utilitarismus, který pojednává o největším štěstí pro co největší počet lidí. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován charakteristice této etické teorie a jejímu uplatnění v konkrétním zvoleném dilematu. The diploma thesis is devoted to the formulation of ethical dilemmas of curators for children and youth arising when working with drug addicted minors. The thesis is pointing out to the risk of using addictive substances and the impact of individual illegal substances in the selected target group. The aim of the thesis is to outline specific ethical dilemmas of curators appearing when working with the specified target group, as well as to present a selected dilemma with subsequent application from the perspective of ethical theory. This thesis focuses on minors fulfilling compulsory school attendance and for this reason it is necessary in this context to point out the prevention work carried out by the school prevention methodologist. The curator plays an important role in solution of the minor's drug situation and gets into dilematic situation almost every day during their cooperation. The diploma thesis offers several possible ethical dilemmas, including their description, which were discovered through establishing contact with the curators of the Pilsen region. In the question of choosing between possible options of the proposed solution to an inadequate situation, ethical theory can serve as a support for the decision made. For this thesis was chosen utilitarianism, which discusses the greatest happiness for the greatest number of people. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is devoted to the characteristics of this ethical theory and its application in the specific chosen dilemma.
