Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat klinický efekt antidepresiv při léčení deprese a patologické úzkosti. Klinický efekt představuje reálné dopady působení farmaka na život uživatele; zahrnuje pozitivní vliv antidepresiv v podobě stabilizace psychického stavu, ale i možné nežádoucí účinky vyvolané přítomností léčiv v těle. Pro evaluaci terapeutického efektu, konkrétně antidepresivního a anxiolytického, bylo nutné zhodnotit, nakolik antidepresiva ulevila od symptomů depresivní či úzkostné poruchy. Ukazatelem efektivity antidepresiv tedy byla významnost změny závažnosti stavu před léčbou a po jejím zahájení. Další část práce zkoumala, zda existují signifikantní rozdíly v působení na funkční systémy lidského organismu mezi jednotlivými léky ze skupiny antidepresiv a posléze i mezi skupinami. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to investigate the clinical effect of antidepressants in the treatment of depression and pathological anxiety. The clinical effect represents the real impact of the pharmaceutical action on the user's life; it includes the positive effect of antidepressants in the form of stabilization of the psychological state, but also possible side effects caused by the presence of drugs in the body. In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect, specifically the antidepressant and anxiolytic effect, it was necessary to assess to what extent the antidepressants relieved the symptoms of the depressive or anxiety disorder. Thus, an indicator of the effectiveness of antidepressants was the significance of the change in the severity of the condition before and after treatment. The next part of the study examined whether there were significant differences in the effects on the functional systems of the human body between the different drugs in the antidepressant group and then between the groups.
