Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tinnitu z pohledu fyzioterapie. Práce obsahuje základní popis anatomie sluchového aparátu společně s přehledem o problematice tinnitu, jeho příčinách, rizikových faktorech, vlivu na kvalitu života pacienta i o možnostech jeho léčby z pohledu lékaře a fyzioterapeuta. Další část této práce obsahuje kazuistiky pacientů s tinnitem a nabízí hodnocení účinku fyzioterapie zaměřené na kinezioterapii a manuální terapii. Tinnitus je označení pro zvukový vjem, nejčastěji v podobě hučení či šumění, případně zvonění, pískání nebo lupání, který vzniká ve sluchovém orgánu, nebo v jeho okolí, zdrojem šelestů není vnější okolí pacienta. Tinnitus se projevuje v jednom uchu, případně bilaterálně. Jedná se o problém, který se u každého pacienta projevuje individuálně. Prvním cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat problematiku tinnitu. Druhým cílem této práce je zmapovat možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů s tinnitem. Oba cíle práce splňuje ve své teoretické části. Praktická část práce byla provedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu na základě kazuistik 5 probandů, kteří pravidelně podstupovali fyzioterapie, a to vždy 1x týdně po dobu dvou měsíců. Součástí všech vstupních i výstupních vyšetření byla vybraná vyšetření rozsahů páteře (Forestierova fleche, Čepojevova vzdálenost, Ottova inklinační vzdálenost a Ottova reklinační vzdálenost), polohový zátěžový test a. carotis externa, vyšetření dechového stereotypu podle Koláře, vyšetření vybraných zkrácených svalů podle Jandy a vyšetření benigního polohového paroxysmálního vertiga v podobě polohových manévrů (Epleyho manévr, Sémontův manévr). Na základě dat získaných během vstupního vyšetření byl každému probandovi sestaven individuální terapeutický plán, po jehož ukončení probandi podstoupili výstupní vyšetření, které bylo identické s vyšetřením vstupním. Výsledky výzkumu mohou posloužit jako náhled do možností fyzioterapie u pacientů s tinnitem a mohou být využity nejen fyzioterapeuty, ale i pacienty. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of tinnitus from the perspective of a physiotherapist. The thesis provides a basic description of the anatomy of the hearing aid together with an overview of the tinnitus issue, its causes, risk factors, impact of the patient's quality of life and even about the treatment options from the point of view of a doctor and a physiotherapist. Another part of this thesis consists of case reports of patients with tinnitus and offers an evaluation of the effect of physiotherapy focused on kinesiotherapy and manual therapy. Tinnitus is a name for a sound sensation, most often in the form of humming, fizzing, ringing, whistling or popping which arises in the auditory organ or its surroundings, the source of the tinnitus is not the patient's external environment. Tinnitus manifests itself possibly in one ear, possibly bilaterally. Tinnitus is a problem that manifests individually in each patient. The first goal of the thesis is to map the issue of tinnitus. The second goal of this thesis is to map the possibilities of physiotherapy for patients with tinnitus. The thesis fulfills both objectives in its theoretical part. The practical part of the thesis was conducted in the form of qualitative research based on case reports of 5 probands, who regularly underwent physiotherapy once a week for two months. All initial and final examinations included selected examinations of spine ranges of motion (Forestier's fleche, Chepojev's distance, Otto's inclination test and Otto's reclination test), positional stress test of the external carotid artery and examination of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the form of positional maneuvers (Epley maneuver, Sémont maneuver). Based on the data obtained during the initial examination an individual therapeutic plan was compiled for each proband, after which the proband underwent an final examination, which was identical to the initial examination. The research results can serve as an insight into the possibilities of physiotherapy in patients with tinnitus and can be used not only by physiotherapists but also by patients.
