Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem trvalých travních porostů (TTP) s důrazem na jejich druhové složení, využití a faktory ovlivňující jejich kvalitu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzování a vyhodnocení botanické skladby a homogenity ve vy-braných lokalitách, zároveň i jejich vzájemné porovnání při lučním a pastevním využití porostů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá všeobecným využitím trvalých travních porostů, dále se věnuje ovlivnitelným i neovlivnitelným faktorům, které působí na druhovou skladbu a homogenitu, lučnímu a pastevnímu využitím, kvalitativním i kvantitativním znakům travních porostů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na hodnocení pastviny a tří luk prostřednictvím bo-tanických snímků, vyhodnocení jednotlivých frekvenčních tříd a následné určení homogenity porostu, a to hned na několika lokalitách v každém místě sledování. Klíčové aspekty zahrnují posouzení druhové skladby, frekvence výskytu, homogenity porostu a vlivu přisetých travních směsí. Na třech místech byl v květnu hodnocen i vodní a výživný režim, z důvodu podezření na horší vodní režim. Toto podezření se neprokázalo. Bylo zjištěno, že pastviny měly větší homogenitu porostů než louky, přičemž přisetá směs se příliš neuplatnila ani na jedné lokalitě, proto by bylo vhodné do budoucna zvážit jinou přisévanou směs. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of permanent grasslands with emphasis on their species composition, use and factors influencing their quality. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse and evaluate the botanical composition and homogeneity in selected localities, as well as their mutual comparison in grassland and pasture use. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the general use of permanent grasslands, then it deals with the influential and non-influential factors that affect species composition and homogeneity, meadow and pasture use, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of grasslands. The practical part focuses on the assessment of the grassland and three meadows through botanical images, the evaluation of the different frequency classes and the subsequent determination of the homogeneity of the stand, at several locations at each monitoring site. Key aspects include an assessment of species composition, frequency of occurrence, stand homogeneity and the influence of admixed grasses. Three sites were also assessed for water and nutrient regime in May, due to suspected poorer water regime. This suspicion was not confirmed. Pasture was found to be more homogeneous than grassland, with the admixture not applying much at either site, so a different seeding mix should be considered in the future.
