The abundance and community structures of diazotrophs and denitrifiers from permafrost-affected soils were examined and compared between three sites, including two with different landscapes of permafrost thaw. Furthermore, the impact of environmental factors on the bacterial diazotrophs and denitrifiers was evaluated. Početnost a struktura společenstev diazotrofů a denitrifikátorů z půd ovlivněných permafrostem byly zkoumány a porovnávány na třech lokalitách, včetně dvou s různým průběhem tání permafrostu. Dále byl hodnocen vliv environmentálních faktorů na bakteriální diazotrofy a denitrifikátory.
