cze Abstract:
U sportovců 17,2 ? 2,4 dechů?min-1 a u nesportovců 17,8 ? 2,5 dechů?min-1. Nejnižších hodnot dechového objemu dosáhli v klidu i během zátěže sportovci, naopak nejvyšších hodnot nesportovci. Sportovci a studenti tělesné výchovy upřednostňovali zapojení břišního sektoru v průměru o 7 % více než nesportovci, kteří naopak využívali průměrně o 4,4 % více horní hrudní sektor. This bachelor thesis examined the analysis of the respiratory pattern in individuals with varying levels of fitness and its changes at different intensities of physical exertion. The aim of the thesis was to determine how the respiratory pattern changes depending on the individual's fitness level and the intensity of physical activity performed. An experiment was conducted involving three groups of eight subjects each (athletes, physical education students and non-athletes). Participants underwent a test during which their respiratory patterns were measured. These tests included various forms of physical activity (sitting, standing, walking, submaximal running) on a treadmill using an optoelectronic plethysmography system. Minute ventilation values in the tested groups at rest and during exertion were not significantly different, and the differences were not statistically significant. Resting respiratory rate values were lowest in physical education students, averaging 15.5 ? 3.2 breaths?min-1. Athletes had 17.2 ? 2.4 breaths?min-1, and non-athletes 17.8 ? 2.5 breaths?min-1. At the onset of exertion, the respiratory cycle of athletes was 12,6 % shorter than in the other groups, lasting 2,7% longer than in non-athletes and physical education students from the twelfth minute onwards. Athletes achieved the lowest tidal volume values at rest and during exertion, while non-athletes achieved the highest values. Athletes and physical education students preferred abdominal sector involvement on average by 7 % more than non-athletes, who, in turn, utilized the upper thoracic sector on average by 4,4 % more.
