Tato diplomová práce se zabývá onioniny a dalšími strukturně příbuznými sloučeninami cibule kuchyňské (Allium cepa). Teoretická část se věnuje specifikaci rodu Allium a vznikem organosirných sloučenin v rostlinách tohoto rodu. Podrobně popisuje vybrané skupiny organosirných sloučenin, u kterých se zabývá jejich objevy, izolacemi a biologickou aktivitou. Experimentální část se zaobírá optimalizací metod pro izolaci onioninů z extraktu cibule kuchyňské a jejich izolací pomocí preparativní HPLC pro budoucí podrobné zkoumání jejich biologických účinků. This thesis deals with onionins and other structurally related compounds of onion (Allium cepa). The theoretical part deals with the specification of the genus Allium and the formation of organosulfur compounds in plants of this genus. It describes in detail selected groups of organosulfur compounds, which are discussed in terms of their discovery, isolation and biological activity. The experimental part deals with the optimization of methods for the isolation of onionins from onion extracts and their isolation by preparative HPLC for future detailed investigation of their biological effects.
