Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na práci se strachem a úzkostí jako tématu rodičovské výchovy. Práce mapuje zkušenosti rodičů dětí v předškolním a mladším školním věku, věnuje se jejich prožívání ve chvíli, kdy děti cítí strach nebo úzkost a zjišťuje jejich zvládací strategie. Praktická část se opírá o kvalitativní výzkumný design, je realizována pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s rodiči dětí v předškolním a mladším školním věku. Pro analýzu dat je využita Interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 6 rodičů, 4 matky a 2 otcové. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v jednotlivých analýzách výzkumných rozhovorů a poté ve společné analýze témat výzkumných rozhovorů. This bachelor thesis focuses on working with fear and anxiety as a topic of parental upbringing. The thesis maps the experiences of parents of preschool children and children in middle childhood, focuses on their experiences when children feel fear or anxiety and identifies their coping strategies. The theoretical part describes fear and anxiety and important concepts related to emotions. It also looks at psychological development in preschool age and primary school children. The last chapter deals with working with emotions in the family and the factors that influence it. The practical part is based on a qualitative research design and is conducted through in-depth interviews with parents of preschool and primary school children. Interpretative phenomenological analysis has been used for data analysis. The research group consists of 6 parents, 4 mothers and 2 fathers. The results are presented in the individual analyses of the research interviews and then in the joint analysis of the research interview themes.
