Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace kritických míst v přípravě budoucích učitelů cizích jazyků v bakalářském stupni studia. Konkrétně se práce věnuje jejich připravenosti v oblasti pedagogické a oborové praxe. V teoretické části této práce krátce shrneme základní informace o důležitých dokumentech týkajících se právě tohoto tématu, jako jsou např. Společný evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky SERR a Rámec profesních kvalit učitele cizího jazyka. Dále se zaměříme na hledisko kvality přípravy učitelů a shrneme kritická místa v oblasti všeobecné pedagogické praxe. Základem empirické části bude dotazník pro studenty třetího ročníku bakalářského studia, ve kterém budou zkoumány jejich subjektivní názory na systém pedagogické a oborové praxe, propojení vyučované pedagogické a didaktické teorie s praxí a schopnost aplikovat své teoretické poznatky ve výuce. Následně budou tyto názory zhodnoceny a analyzovány. The aim of this thesis is to identify critical points in the preparation of future foreign language teachers at the Bachelor's level. Specifically, the thesis focuses on their preparedness in the area of pedagogical and disciplinary practice. In the theoretical part of this thesis, we briefly summarize basic information about important documents related to this particular topic, such as the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages SERR and the Framework of Professional Qualities for Foreign Language Teachers. Furthermore, we will focus on the quality aspect of teacher training and summarise critical points in the field of general teaching practice. The empirical part will be based on a questionnaire for third-year Bachelor students, which will explore their subjective views on the system of pedagogical and disciplinary practice, the connection between the pedagogical and didactic theory taught and practice, and their ability to apply their theoretical knowledge in teaching. Subsequently, these views will be evaluated and analysed.
