Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou prvního pětiletého plánu, v národním podniku KOH-I-NOOR, spojené kovoprůmyslové závody, Praha, ve kterém zkoumá výrobní plány a jejich plnění. Hlavním cílem práce je verifikovat hypotézu, že stanovené cíle prvního pětiletého plánu nebyly, splněny. Práce se nejdříve zabývá problematiku centrálně plánované ekonomiky. Dále se zaměřuje na hospodářsko-politickou situaci v Československu v letech 1945-1953, zde je popsán i první pětiletý plán v průmyslu, přičemž práce klade důraz na lehký průmysl. Praktická část je věnována už samotnému zkoumaní podniku. Pro analýzu byla využita archivní data z fondu KOH-I-NOOR a.s., NAD 1916, uloženého ve Státním oblastním archivu v Praze. Výzkum dospěl k závěru, že hypotéza byla vyvrácena, neboť podnik stanovený pětiletý plán plnil úspěšně. Dále práce uvádí faktory, které ovlivnily průběh plnění pětiletého plánu, a poukazuje na specifika fungování podniku v podmínkách centrálně plánované ekonomiky. Tím přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění problematice lehkého, respektive spotřebního průmyslu. This thesis analyzes the first five-year plan at the national enterprise KOH-I-NOOR, spojené kovoprůmyslové závody, Praha (KOH-I-NOOR, United Metalworking Plants, Prague), examining production plans and their fulfillment. The main objective of this thesis is to verify the hypothesis that the goals set out in the first five-year plan were not met. The thesis first deals with the issue of a centrally planned economy. It then focuses on the economic and political situation in Czechoslovakia in the years 1945-1953, where the first five-year industrial plan is also described, with an emphasis on light industry. The practical part is devoted to the actual examination of the company. Archival data from the KOH-I-NOOR a.s. fund, NAD 1916, stored in the State Regional Archives in Prague, was used for the analysis. The research concluded that the hypothesis had been disproved, as the company had successfully fulfilled its five-year plan. Furthermore, the work lists the factors that influenced the course of the five-year plan's fulfillment and points out the specifics of the company's functioning in a centrally planned economy. In this way, it contributes to a deeper understanding of the issues of light and consumer industry.
