Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovým řízením Mezinárodního filmového festivalu o lidských právech Jeden svět. Cílem práce bylo popsat způsob projektového řízení festivalu a navrhnout metody, které by přispěli k jeho optimalizaci. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a teoretickým východiskům projektového řízení popsaných na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum pomocí metody kódování hloubkových rozhovorů s vedením festivalu. Na základě této analýzy je popsán proces stanovení cílů, řízení času, zdrojů, nákladů a rizik a závěrečné evaluace. Součástí praktické části jsou příklady aplikace metody WBS a Ganttova diagramu. Na základě klíčových zjištění byly stanoveny návrhy k optimalizaci projektového řízení festivalu. This bachelor thesis addresses project management of the One World International Human Rights Film Festival. The aim of the thesis was to describe the method of project management of the festival and to propose methods that would contribute to its optimization. The theoretical part is devoted to defining basic concepts and theoretical principles of project management described on the basis of professional literature. The practical part contains qualitative research using the method of coding in-depth interviews with the festival management. Based on this analysis, the process of setting goals, managing time, resources, costs, and risks, and final evaluation is described. The practical part includes examples of the application of the WBS method and Gantt chart. Based on key findings, proposals for optimizing the project management of the festival were made.
