Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bankovních inovací a jejich vlivem na český bankovní trh. Cílem práce je analyzovat význam finančních inovací a fintech řešení v bankovním sektoru a zhodnotit jejich dopad na obchodní modely bank a klientské prostředí v České republice. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy finančních inovací a fintechu, popisuje hlavní technologické trendy v bankovnictví a přibližuje regulatorní a bezpečnostní rámce spojené s rozvojem inovací. Analytická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku českého bankovního trhu, jeho strukturu, míru digitalizace a současné výzvy. Praktická část je založena na komparativní analýze vybraných bankovních institucí působících na českém trhu a porovnává jejich přístupy k inovacím, digitalizaci služeb a uživatelské zkušenosti, na jejichž základě jsou formulovány závěry o současných trendech bankovních inovací a jejich významu pro konkurenceschopnost bank. This bachelor´s thesis addresses the issue of banking innovations and their impact on the Czech banking market. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the importance of financial innovations and fintech solutions in the banking sector and to evaluate their effects on banks business models and the client environment in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines key concepts of financial innovations and fintech and outlines major technological, regulatory and security aspects of banking innovation. The analytical part focuses on the characteristics of the Czech banking market, its structure, the level of digitalisation and current challenges. The practical part is based on a comparative analysis of selected banking institutions operating in the Czech market and compares their approaches to innovation, service digitalisation and user experience. Based on the conducted analysis, conclusions are formulated regarding current trends in banking innovations and their significance for banks competitiveness.
