Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací open-source informačního systému pro tábornický klub Průzkumník Kolín, jenž dlouhodobě využíval technicky zastaralé a neudržitelné řešení bez dokumentace s obtížnou možnosti dalšího rozvoje. Práce vychází ze specifických podmínek neziskových volnočasových organizací, které často trpí nedostatkem finančních i personálních zdrojů. Ukazuje, jak lze navrhnout moderní, udržitelné a uživatelsky přívětivé digitální prostředí respektující omezení dobrovolnického sektoru. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a implementovat webovou aplikaci, která umožní centrální správu členské databáze a podporu organizačních procesů tábornického klubu. Na základě analýzy stávajícího systému, rešerše existujících nástrojů a specifikace požadavků byl navržen datový model, architektura a uživatelské rozhraní. Vývoj probíhal v PHP frameworku Laravel dle metodiky MMSP s drobnými úpravami. Implementovaný informační systém na úrovni MVP zahrnuje moduly pro evidenci členů, družin, akcí, členských příspěvků, bodování, rezervací srubu a kroniky a klade důraz na bezpečnost a ochranu osobních údajů. Funkčnost a použitelnost systému byla ověřena uživatelským testováním, jehož výsledky vedly k úpravám a rozšíření funkcionalit. Díky otevřené licenci MIT a minimálním technologickým nárokům je řešení využitelné i dalšími tábornickými, skautskými a obdobně orientovanými spolky. This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an open-source information system for the Průzkumník Kolín youth camping club, which had long been using a technically outdated and unsustainable solution without documentation, making further development difficult. The thesis is based on the specific conditions of non-profit leisure organizations, which often suffer from a lack of financial and human resources. It demonstrates how to design a modern, sustainable, and user-friendly digital environment that respects the limitations of the volunteer sector. The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a web application that will enable centralised management of the membership database and support the organisational processes of the camping club. Based on an analysis of the existing system, a review of available tools, and a specification of requirements, a data model, architecture, and user interface were designed. Development was carried out in the Laravel PHP framework according to the MMSP methodology with minor adjustments. The implemented information system at the MVP level includes modules for managing members, groups, events, membership fees, scoring, cabin reservations, and chronicles, and emphasizes security and personal data protection. The functionality and usability of the system were verified by user testing, the results of which led to modifications and extensions of its functionality. Thanks to the open MIT license and minimal technological requirements, the solution is suitable for use by other camping, scouting, and similarly oriented associations.
