Agile methodologies, and Scrum in particular, have changed how software teams organize work and leadership. This thesis explores how leadership is practiced within Scrum teams and how it changes during Agile transformation. The study is guided by two research questions focusing on leadership characteristics in Scrum teams and leadership evolution during transformation. A qualitative research approach was applied using semi-structured interviews with ten participants, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Agile Coaches, and one academic supervisor. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings show that leadership in Scrum teams is distributed and situational, and strongly influenced by psychological safety and role clarity. The Scrum Master plays an important enabling role, while leadership also emerges from other team members based on expertise and context. During Agile transformation, leadership shifts from command-and-control toward enabling behaviors, although this change is often constrained by organizational structures and cultural resistance. The study contributes to a better understanding of Agile leadership by highlighting the gap between Scrum theory and real-world practice. Agilní metodiky, zejména Scrum, zásadně změnily způsob, jakým softwarové týmy organizují práci a uplatňují leadership. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na to, jak je leadership praktikováno ve Scrum týmech a jak se mění v průběhu agilní transformace. Studie je vedena dvěma výzkumnými otázkami, které se soustředí na charakteristiky leadershipu ve Scrum týmech a na vývoj leadershipu během transformace. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativním přístupem prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti účastníky, mezi něž patřili Scrum Masteři, Product Owneři, vývojáři, Agile koučové a jeden akademický supervizor. Získaná data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky ukazují, že leadership ve Scrum týmech je distribuovaný a situační a je silně ovlivněn psychologickým bezpečím a jasností rolí. Scrum Master zde zastává významnou umožňující roli, přičemž leadership se zároveň objevuje i u dalších členů týmu v závislosti na jejich odbornosti a kontextu. Během agilní transformace se leadership posouvá od direktivního stylu typu command-and-control směrem k umožňujícím a podpůrným formám vedení, přičemž tento posun je často omezen organizačními strukturami a kulturním odporem. Studie přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění agilnímu leadershipu tím, že poukazuje na rozdíl mezi teorií Scrumu a jeho uplatněním v reálné praxi.
