Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na propojení principů Lean managementu s konceptem udržitelnosti a cirkulární ekonomiky v podnikovém prostředí, přičemž poukazuje na jejich vzájemnou synergii. Cílem práce je identifikace způsobu využití nástrojů lean managementu podporující efektivní odpadové hospodářství a cirkulární ekonomiku ve vybrané společnosti. Práce vychází z teoretického rámce Lean managementu a udržitelnosti a analyzuje jejich styčné i potenciálně konfliktní oblasti. Teoretická část je založena na literární rešerši, aplikovaná část se zaměřuje na analýzu procesů v oblasti odpadového hospodářství a řízení zásob. Pro analýzu a návrh zlepšení jsou využity nástroje DMAIC, PDCA a Kaizen. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy opatření směřující ke zvýšení efektivity procesů a současně ke snížení environmentální zátěže ve vybrané organizaci. This thesis focuses on integrating the principles of lean management with the concepts of sustainability and circular economy in a business environment, highlighting their mutual synergy. The aim of the thesis is to identify ways of using lean management tools to support effective waste management and circular economy in a selected company. The thesis is based on the theoretical framework of Lean management and sustainability and analyzes their areas of overlap and potential conflict. The theoretical part is based on literature research, while the applied part focuses on the analysis of processes in the field of waste management and inventory control. DMAIC, PDCA, and Kaizen tools are used for analysis and improvement proposals. The output of the thesis is a set of measures aimed at increasing process efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of the selected organization.
