Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá transpozicí právních institutů „Samospotřebitelé elektřiny z obnovitelných zdrojů“ a „Společenství pro obnovitelné zdroje“ do českého právního řádu. Cílem je nabídnout kritický pohled na provedení české transpozice a následně ji porovnat s transpozicí rakouskou. K dosažení cíle autor analyzuje právní úpravu na úrovni evropské i vnitrostátní. Z provedené analýzy autor hodnotí provedení transpozice a následně provádí komparaci. Z práce vyplývá nedostatečná úroveň transpozice institutu „Samospotřebitelé elektřiny z obnovitelných zdrojů“. Ten v českém právu není upraven svébytně, neboť fakticky splynul s jinou právní úpravou. Transpozice institutu „Společenství pro obnovitelné zdroje“ je posouzena jako věrná evropské předloze a hodnocena pozitivně. Z provedené komparace vyplývá blízkost zkoumaných institutů v obou právních řádech. Vzájemné rozdíly jsou v práci konkrétněji uvedeny. This bachelor's thesis examines the transposition of the legal institutes "Self-consumers of electricity from renewable sources" and "Renewable Resources Community" into the Czech legal system. The aim is to offer a critical view of the implementation of the Czech transposition and subsequently compare it with the Austrian transposition. To achieve the goal, the author analyzes the legal regulation at the European and national levels. From the analysis performed, the author evaluates the implementation of the transposition and subsequently makes a comparison. The thesis shows an insufficient level of transposition of the institute "Self-consumers of electricity from renewable sources". It is not regulated independently in Czech law, as it has in fact merged with another legal regulation. The transposition of the institute "Renewable Resources Community" is assessed as faithful to the European model and evaluated positively. The comparison performed shows the closeness of the examined institutes in both legal systems. The mutual differences are stated more specifically in the thesis.
