Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr z účetního i daňového pohledu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny varianty dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr v České republice a následně jsou srovnány s jinými formami zaměstnávání. Dále práce řeší odměňování zaměstnanců, daňové zatížení a účast na systému sociálního pojištění. V praktické části je analyzována problematika dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr u společnosti pořádající hudební festivaly. This diploma thesis focuses on agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship from an accounting and tax perspective. The theoretical part presents the different types of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship in the Czech Republic and subsequently compares them with other forms of employment. Furthermore, the thesis examines employee remuneration, tax burden, and participation in the social security system. The practical part analyzes the application of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship in a company organizing music festivals.
