Hlavním cílem této práce je posoudit vliv mobilních sítí páté generace (5G) na spotřební chování v jednotlivých fázích turistického cyklu. K dosažení tohoto cíle slouží identifikace nejčastěji využívaných 5G technologií a faktorů, které jejich využívání ovlivňují. Práce propojuje pětistupňový model turistického cyklu s modelem UTAUT2 za účelem komplexnější analýzy. Výzkumná část vychází z dotazníkového šetření mezi 202 respondenty, které se zaměřilo na spotřební chování turistů a jejich interakci s 5G technologiemi. Výsledky ukazují, že sítě 5G ovlivňují každou fázi turistického cyklu, přičemž nejvýznamnější přínos je patrný ve fázi zážitku. Tato práce přináší nové poznatky využitelné jak v akademickém výzkumu, tak i v praxi, zejména pro subjekty zkoumající vliv 5G sítí na spotřebitelské chování v cestovním ruchu a pro podniky poskytující služby v této oblasti. This thesis aims to answer how 5G will influence consumer behavior at each phase across the Tourism Cycle. This study then aims to identify the overarching 5G technologies that are used and factors impacting these technologies on consumers for achieving the stated goal. Choosing two models for study: first developed: 5-stage tourism model and second studied-so far-5G technology adopted, the UTAUT2 model (a model for investigating the adoption of this technology). The research questionnaire survey is concerned in itself analyzing tourists behavior and their behavior with 5G technologies. The results indicate that 5G networks have the capability of influencing all stages of the tourism cycle with dominating effects on experience phase. The greatest advantage of 5G is that it will be faster and more comfortable to search navigation or information. This paper offers interesting implications for academic studies and indeed 5G consumer behaviour in tourism as well as any business which intends to explore the effects of 5G.
