[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce (dále jen práce) se zabývá sociálním systémem České republiky. Navíc s přihlédnutím k migraci a integrační politice, jakožto tématům, týkajících se příchozích cizích státních příslušníků. Tématům v posledních letech neopomenutelných. V teoretické části práce autor vysvětluje základní pojmy sociální politiky, jednotlivé principy a funkce, které tvoří její strukturu a charakter. Jedná se o základní popis sociální politiky, který je potřebný pro další a hlubší vnoření se do dané problematiky. Poté se práce věnuje "Sociálnímu státu", který zajišťuje, např. pomocí redistribuční politiky, jistou životní úroveň a sociální participaci pro všechny jedince, na jeho území žijící. Popisuje i existující jednotlivé typy sociálního státu. V části "Sociální zabezpečení" pak popisuje sociální pojištění, jehož součástmi jsou důchodové a nemocenské pojištění, a rovněž příspěvek na státní politiku zaměstnanosti. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se práce věnuje "Migraci a integrační politice". V praktické části se práce vrací k Sociálnímu zabezpečení v České republice. K jeho vývoji v českých zemích a k jeho charakteristice. A dále pak opět k sociálnímu pojištění v ČR a jeho součástem, kterými jsou důchodové a nemocenské pojištění a příspěvek na státní politiku zaměstnanosti. Autor v práci dále zmiňuje i nepojistné dávky, konkrétně humanitární dávku, příspěvek pro solidární domácnost a mimořádnou okamžitou pomoc. Pak se již věnuje navazujícímu tématu, kterým je Migrační a integrační politika. Jednotlivými kapitolami této části práce jsou: Vývoj migrační a integrační politiky v ČR, Dočasná ochrana, Členění cizinců dle státní příslušnosti a počtu v ČR. Jako konkrétní příklad nakonec kapitola uvádí aktuálně platné ilustrativní téma Srovnání ukrajinské uprchlické vlny v rámci zemí EU. Ke konci práce jsou podrobně rozebrány příjmy i výdaje na sociální zabezpečení v ČR, a bilance sociálního pojištění v ČR. Práci zakončuje zhodnocující závěr.This bachelor’s thesis (next only as thesis) deals with the social system of the Czech Republic. Moreover, taking into account migration and integration policy as topics related to incoming foreign nationals. Topics that have been unforgettable in recent years. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it explains the basic concepts of social policy, individual principles and functions that make up its structure and character. It is a basic description of social policy, which is necessary for further and deeper immersion in the issue. Then the thesis deals with the "Welfare State", which ensures, e.g. through redistributive policy, a certain standard of living and social participation for all individuals living in its territory. It also describes the existing individual types of welfare state. In the section "Social Security", it describes social insurance, which includes pension and sickness insurance, and also a contribution to the state employment policy. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the thesis is dedicated to "Migration and Integration Policy". In the practical part, the thesis returns to Social Security in the Czech Republic. On its development in the Czech lands and on its characteristics. And then again to the social insurance in the Czech Republic and its components, which are pension and sickness insurance, a contribution to the state employment policy, a humanitarian benefit and extraordinary immediate assistance. Then it focuses on the follow-up topic, which is Migration and Integration Policy. The individual chapters of this part of the thesis are Development of migration and integration policy in the Czech Republic, Temporary protection, Classification of foreigners according to nationality and number in the Czech Republic. Finally, as a concrete example, the chapter presents the currently valid illustrative topic Comparison of the Ukrainian refugee wave within the EU countries. At the end of the thesis, the income and expenditure on social security in the Czech Republic, and the balance of social insurance in the Czech Republic, are analysed. The thesis ends with an evaluative conclusion.
