Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje konfiskace a znárodnění československého průmyslu po roce 1945 a jejich hospodářské a politické důsledky do roku 1948. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak poválečné majetkové zásahy státu mění vlastnickou a institucionální strukturu průmyslu, jak ovlivňují jeho výkonnost a životní úroveň obyvatelstva a jak přispívají k přechodu od smíšené ekonomiky k centrálně plánovanému hospodářství. Práce vychází z dobových statistických pramenů, vládních dokumentů, odborné literatury a využívá komparativní, historicko-deskriptivní a historicko-kritickou metodu. Práce dochází k závěru, že konfiskace a znárodnění představují klíčovou etapu poválečné majetkové transformace, která omezuje prostor soukromého podnikání a vytváří materiální i institucionální základ pro centralizaci hospodářství. Analýza ukazuje rychlejší růst odbytu a zaměstnanosti ve znárodněném průmyslu oproti soukromému sektoru, avšak za cenu prohlubující se administrativní regulace, potlačené inflace a rozvoje černého trhu. Dvouletý hospodářský plán obnovy na léta 1947–1948 tyto trendy dále posiluje a přispívá ke koncentraci ekonomické moci ve státním sektoru, která usnadňuje politický převrat v únoru 1948. Přidaná hodnota práce spočívá v propojení právního a institucionálního rozboru Benešových dekretů s kvantitativní analýzou vývoje znárodněného a neznárodněného průmyslu. This bachelor thesis analyses the confiscation and nationalisation of Czechoslovak industry after 1945 and their economic and political consequences up to 1948. The aim is to assess how post-war state interventions in property relations changed the ownership and institutional structure of industry, how they affected its performance and the living standards of the population, and how they contributed to the transition from a mixed economy to a centrally planned one. The thesis draws on contemporary statistical sources, government documents and scholarly literature and uses comparative, historical-descriptive and historical-critical methods. The thesis concludes that confiscation and nationalisation formed a key stage of the post-war property transformation, limiting the role of private enterprise and creating the material and institutional basis for the centralisation of the economy. The analysis shows faster growth in sales and employment in the nationalised sector compared to private industry, but at the cost of deepening administrative regulation, repressed inflation and the expansion of the black market. The Two-Year Economic Recovery Plan for 1947-1948 further reinforced these trends and contributed to the concentration of economic power in the state sector, which facilitated the political coup of February 1948. The added value of the thesis lies in combining a legal and institutional analysis of the Beneš decrees with a quantitative examination of the development of nationalised and non-nationalised industry.
