Abstract: The conference focuses on rare diseases and gene therapy research, bringing together a diverse community of experts to advance the field.\n\nRenowned speakers from molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, bioinformatics, animal model development, and preclinical testing will share insights aimed at accelerating the development of gene therapies for rare genetic diseases. The event will also emphasize the translation of experimental gene therapy approaches into clinical research.\n\nThis conference is organized under the research programme “Towards Precision Medicine and Gene Therapy” as part of the Strategy AV21, supported by the Czech Academy of Sciences.
