Zpráva obsáhle pojednává o meteorologických příčinách, hydrologickém průběhu, dopadech a dalších aspektech povodní, které zasáhly střední Evropu a zejména Česko v září 2024. Příspěvkem ÚFA je vyhodnocení atmosférické cirkulace před a během povodně, vyhodnocení plošné extremity příčinných srážek a porovnání studované události s dřívějšími událostmi.\n The report comprehensively discusses the meteorological causes, hydrological course, impacts and other aspects of the floods that affected Central Europe and especially the Czech Republic in September 2024. The contribution of the IAP is the evaluation of atmospheric circulation before and during the flood, the evaluation of the areal extremity of causal precipitation, and the comparison of the studied event with historical events.
