Povinnosti profesionálních fotbalových hráčů vyplývající z profesionálních smluv a právní důsledky jejich porušení s důrazem na aspekty sportovní připravenosti Abstrakt Tato práce propojuje na první pohled dva zcela nezávislé fenomény, a sice právo a sport, konkrétně pak fotbal, který se těší postavení objektivně nejpopulárnějšího sportu na světě. V rámci tohoto teoretického vymezení se poté práce zabývá jednotlivými povinnostmi profesionálních fotbalových hráčů, a to v klíčové oblasti sportovní připravenosti. Pozornost je tedy soustředěna kupříkladu na aspekty účasti fotbalových hráčů v trénincích a v utkáních, dodržování jejich zdravého životního stylu, prevenci nemocí či zranění, jakož zároveň neopomíjí ani mentální otázky uvedené problematiky. Jedním z cílů práce je proto vymezit, jaké specifické požadavky v souvislosti se sportovní připraveností jsou na fotbalové hráče obvykle kladeny, a to ať už profesionálními hráčskými smlouvami, anebo národní či mezinárodní, respektive zákonnou, podzákonnou nebo "paraprávní", úpravou. Za výše zmíněným účelem je obsah práce tvořen taktéž základním vymezením vztahu práva a sportu, jakož i profesionálního fotbalového hráče a fotbalového klubu. The obligations of professional football players arising from professional contracts and the legal consequences of their breach, with an emphasis on aspects of athletic readiness Abstract At first glance, this thesis connects two seemingly unrelated phenomena: law and sport, specifically football, which is objectively the most popular sport in the world. Within this theoretical framework, the thesis examines the individual obligations of professional football players in the key area of athletic readiness. Attention is therefore focused, for example, on aspects of football players' participation in training and matches, adherence to a healthy lifestyle, prevention of illness and injury, while also addressing the mental aspects of these issues. One of the objectives of the thesis is therefore to define the specific requirements in relation to athletic readiness that are usually imposed on football players, whether through professional player contracts or national or international, statutory or non-statutory legal regulations. For the above-mentioned purpose, the content of the thesis also consists of a basic definition of the relationship between law and sport, as well as between professional football players and football clubs.
